Compensation: $45K to $80K

Candidates must hold a master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program. Additionally, applicants must be eligible for registration as a clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, or mental health counselor intern in the state of Florida.

⦁ Provide outpatient psychotherapy to children, teens, adolescents and couples.
⦁ Maintain a part-time caseload of 15 sessions per week or a full-time caseload of 24 sessions per week.
⦁ Ensure compliance with clinical document standards and best personnel practices.
⦁ Exhibit strong clinical acumen and competence.
⦁ Demonstrate high professionalism within the field.
⦁ Effective communication – both verbally and written.
⦁ Respect and integrate cultural diversity into case conceptualization.
⦁ Intervenes decisively to protect patient safety when necessary.
⦁ Manage time effectively and document sessions promptly.

• Master’s degree in social work, Marriage and Family Counseling, or Mental Health Counselors, Doctoral degree in psychology from an accredited program.
⦁ An active and unrestricted clinical license in Florida. LCSW, LMFT, LMHC

  • Eligible to be registered by the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work as
    ⦁ a registered clinical social worker intern,
    ⦁ a registered marriage and family therapist intern,
    ⦁ a registered mental health counselor intern,
    ⦁ marriage and family therapist
    ⦁ mental health counselor.

⦁ Outpatient psychotherapy acumen and competence.
⦁ High level of professionalism.
⦁ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
⦁ Capacity to respect diversity and incorporate cultural issues into the case conceptualizations.
⦁ Compliance with clinical document standards and best professional practices.
⦁ Able to make diverse intentions.
⦁ Interventions to ensure patient’s safety when necessary.
⦁ Able to work with children, adolescents, teens, and couples.
⦁ Able to work at least three afternoons/evenings per week. 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, in person at our locations.

⦁ Previous experience in an outpatient practice setting.
⦁ Experienced in managing a client load.
⦁ Willingness to work flexible hours to meet client needs.
⦁ Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
